Horses...

Every summer the RDA horses go away for a 'holiday'. Now that they are back we've been spending a few days riding some of them, as they haven't been ridden for a few months.

Doggie paddle...

Another warm day..... Time to get into the pool..!


Thought that Archie might want to join us...

Pet sitting...!

Our neighbours went away for a few days and asked us to look after their animals...


Nice eggs.... So different to shop bought... Got us thinking about a Chook house..!

Unusual swimmer...!

With temperatures hitting the 30s we've been using the pool quite bit..


One morning as we drew back the curtains we noticed something bigger than just a leaf moving around in the pool.! Closer inspection it turned out to be a hedgehog having a swim!!




We quickly scooped it out, put it in a bucket and then let it go in the woods next to us.

Happy New Year....

Took the dogs down to the beach for a run around!

Christmas Day...

With all the recent snow in the UK we were sent a picture of a Snowman in a bikini.


So we decided at the beach we'd try and make our version. These are our efforts. I think we need more practice!!



The dogs did some diggin!!

Unfortunately for Archie he didn't realise that there were deep grooves where the sea had eroded the hard rock and he went from paddling to swimming in one step.!!
