One morning as we drew back the curtains we noticed something bigger than just a leaf moving around in the pool.! Closer inspection it turned out to be a hedgehog having a swim!!
We quickly scooped it out, put it in a bucket and then let it go in the woods next to us.

We have one that's climbing 13 concrete steps to our deck each night to steal cat food.
Unfortunately it leaves behind lots of smelly poos and wees!
Looks like you put the poor little thing in front of a fox hole!!
