We decided that since this is our first Christmas over here and it seems weird to be having a sunny one that the idea of a 'proper' tree seemed odd!! We looked at getting a fake white tree! and various other fake trees! and then decided to use what grows quite naturally here a 'tree fern'. So this is our Christmas tree for this year. Next year when we're in our own home and settled more into life then we'll have a proper Christmas Tree! Well.... it is different!
